Client brief : The client, a busy professional based in Sydney was looking to build out his property portfolio. He was looking to get into a good capital growth market and lay the foundation for his portfolio.

✔ Planned out his portfolio for him over a period of 20 years.

✔ Selected Perth as the location as there is a massive supply-demand imbalance here and prices would continue to move forward over the next few years.

✔ Purchase price : 401K (3,1,1 on a 824m2 block of land)

✔ Cometic renovation needed on property : approx cost 12K (which I would co-ordinate and carry out with contacts on the ground)

✔ Rental estimate after renovation : 450/week min 💰💰

✔All due diligence completed on property
